Modern room-sealed condensing gas boilers are around 90% efficient, compared with older, heavyweight open flue boilers, which were often only around 65% efficient. As you can see, upgrading from an old boiler to a modern one is likely to give you significant savings on your gas bill, and reduce the amount of gas that you waste.

We install new and replacement boilers, to manufacturer's specifications, and meeting all relevant Building Regulations.

For a small fee - currently only £20 - we can come and survey your home and give you a summary of your options and an estimate of the cost - if you go ahead with the work, the fee will be discounted from your bill.
